Ms. Cindy Hurst is a Senior Analyst (contract) for the U.S. Army’s Foreign Military Studies Office, with a primary focus on China.
Her research interests include Chinese energy security, rare earth elements, research and development, and China’s global expansion efforts. She has published nearly three dozen major papers and countless articles in a variety of journals, magazines, and online venues. She is a retired Lieutenant Commander in the Navy.
