Mr. Kevin McCauley provides analytic support to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command’s Foreign Military Studies Office particularly focused on China.

He has served as senior intelligence officer for the Soviet Union, Russia, China, and Taiwan during 31 years in the federal government. He served on numerous advisory boards and working groups supporting the Intelligence Community, National Intelligence Council, and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.  Mr. McCauley has testified before Congress twice on PLA modernization.

He studied military history and political science and earned an M.S. in strategic intelligence.
